The last day of clinic operations will be Wednesday April 16th 2025.
11 of our 13 doctors are relocating their family practices to other clinics in Whitehorse.
2 of our 13 doctors will be permanently closing their practices.
As of April 22 Drs Alton, Dr Barnes, Dr Bell, Dr Biss, Dr Blais, Dr Buchanan, Dr Rockenstein will be practicing out of a new clinic called Equinox Health, which is located at 209A Lowe Street in Whitehorse. All their patients are welcome to continue to see them there.
All patient records will be transferred to the new location and existing patients will continue to have access to their doctor at this new location. Existing patients do not need to do anything to facilitate this transfer.
Once the transition has happened, patients can call Equinox Health to book in with their doctor. A phone number will be available closer to the time of transition.
Note that Dr Bell has agreed to take over all prior patients of Dr Tadepalli, who has closed his practice. These patients will be able to see Dr Bell at Whitehorse Medical Clinic for now, and at the new Equinox Health clinic once we transition.

Solstice Maternity will also be moving to Equinox Health as of April 22, 2025.
As of April 16 Dr Bousquet, Dr Madlung, Dr Phillips and Dr Warshawski will be practicing out of Klondyke Medical, which is located at 302 Ogilvie Street.
All patient records will be transferred to the new location and existing patients will continue to have access to their doctor at this new location.
After April 16th, patients can call Klondyke Medical to book in with these doctors. Please do not call Klondyke Medical to book appointments before this.
Dr Apramian and Dr Johnson are closing their practice permanently on April 21 2025. Their patients will be contacted with further details about the closure and next steps.
